Cranberry and rosemary go beautifully together with a Christmas glugg.
Ingredients
160 g frozen cranberries 400 ml water 3 tablespoons ginger syrup 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves 4 cinnamon sticks 2 fresh rosemary sprigs 4 star anises some fresh ginger, sliced
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
- Strain into heat-resistant glasses and add a couple of spoonfuls of cranberries and one sprig of rosemary.
