Pasta Vegetable Casserole
Did you know that pasta can also be cooked in the oven without boiling? With this method and the juicy sauce, the vegetable pasta cooks as if by itself.


1 clove of garlic 800 g tomato sauce 200 ml vegetable stock (or heat water + add vegetable stock cube) 200 g Short pasta of your choice 1 Vegetable mix with e.g. paprika, beans, onions, you can design your mix to taste 100 g frozen peas 1 tablespoon dried oregano or basil 1 teaspoon salt ½ tablespoon black pepper fresh basil to taste


  1. Chop the garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients in a baking dish, except for the 400 g of pasta sauce. The rest of the pasta sauce goes on top of the pan to prevent the pasta from drying out. 
  2. Cover the pan with a lid or foil and place in the oven at 200°C. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
