A filling smoothie that tastes like Christmas. This is a gluten-free recipe for two.
- Steam the pumpkin until completely soft. You can steam the pumpkin split or cut into smaller pieces depending on its size (you can also peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and then steam it). Allow to cool.
- Pour the liquid into a blender.
- Spoon in 100 g of soft pumpkin without the peeling and seeds.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Puree evenly.
