200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 ripe banana 90 g oatmeal 65 g nuts of your choice, crushed 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 tablespoons maple syrup 400 ml oat milk
- Blend the blueberries and bananas. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
