Vegetable soup is super quick and easy to make using frozen vegetables. With these spices, the taste is temptingly delicious!
Ingredients:
800 gpotato & vegetable mix (frozen) 500 ml water 1 vegetable stock cube 10-30 g frozen basil (Findus) to taste 1 pk oatmeal fraiche + black pepper + salt 1 tsp apple cider vinegar/lemon juicePREPARATION:
- Put the vegetables in a saucepan with the water and the vegetable stock cube, add basil to taste.
- Bring to a rapid boil and puree.
- Add the oat fraiche, black pepper, apple cider vinegar/lemon juice and salt.
- Taste and add basil if necessary.
