Ingredients:1 clove of garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil / avocado oil for frying 370 g peeled whole tomatoes 0,5 tbsp sugar 1 tsp dried oregano salt to taste chili to taste 100 ml (oat) cream fresh basil to taste 150g feta
- Sauté the garlic in a small amount of oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
