Tomato Feta Soup
If things have to be quick again, this easy tomato feta soup comes just in time.


1 clove of garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil / avocado oil for frying 370 g peeled whole tomatoes 0,5 tbsp sugar 1 tsp dried oregano salt to taste chili to taste 100 ml (oat) cream fresh basil to taste 150g feta


  1. Sauté the garlic in a small amount of oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Puree the peeled tomatoes in a blender or stick blender and pour into a saucepan.
  3. Add the sugar, oregano, chilli and basil. Allow bubbles for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add the (oat) cream and feta crumbs and puree the soup until smooth or put the feta be in the mix as garnish.
