This Fishless soup challenges lovers of fish soup flavors. Smoked tofu brings savoriness to the soup, which takes the hunger away.
Ingredients:1 pack of smoked tofu 6 potatoes 4 carrots vegetable stock 250 ml oat cream 75 g margarine 1 tablespoon fresh dill top with black pepper water a splash of lemon
- Peel and chop the carrot and potato. Cover with water, add vegetable stock and cook until cooked.
- Add chopped tofu and other ingredients.
- Cook for a few minutes and remove from the plate.
Fishless soup is especially good with new potatoes. If the potatoes are small, double the amount.
