Ingredients:
1 pack Birkkala spelt cappelli/fusilli 1 large onion 2 carrots, grated 125 g roasted and ground 400 ml oat cream 800 ml water 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp soy sauce Oil for the casserole dish- Grease the casserole dish with oil. Chop the onion and saute it in a frying pan.
- Add the ground broad beans and grated carrots.
- Add the spices and condiments and mix. Add the cream and water.
- Pour the (uncooked) pasta into the casserole dish and mix.
- Bake the casserole at 200 degrees in the bottom section of the oven for 30–40 minutes.
- Serve.
