Camelina oil is high in Omega-3 fatty acid. It is said to be good for heart and brain health. Greenfinn's camelina oil contains 39% alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3), which is 80 times more than in olive oil, and 15% linoleic acid (Omega-6). These fatty acids in your diet help to reduce LDL cholesterol, increase EPA levels, and benefit heart, circulatory and brain health.
