WHY METTÄ'S WILD MUSHROOM SPICE?

This unique blend of chanterelles, yellow-footed chanterelles, spruce sprouts, and nettles takes you on a flavor journey filled with wonderful earth notes. Use Wild Mushroom Spice Mix to create a simple yet tasty sauce to go with your main dish, or try adding it to soup, risotto, and oven dishes. You could also mix it with butter for a yummy bread topping. Wild mushrooms from the Nordic forests are nutrient-rich, juicy, and full of taste. 100% vegan product.

HOW TO USE:

AS SAUCE: To make a sauce, mix 200 ml of thick cream or similar and one bag of Wild Mushroom Spice. For thickening, use oat flour or similar. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

AS PESTO: Use the pesto as you would any traditional pesto: spread it on top of bread, mix with your favorite pasta, enjoy as a salad dressing, or delicious condiment to any meal. To make one serving (about 20 g): Shake the bag and use a spoon to mix the contents. Combine 1 tbsp Mushroom Spice mixture with 0.5-1 tbsp water and 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well. Let the mixture sit for about 5 min. Enjoy.
