This broad bean flour is a real all-rounder in the kitchen. Use it for porridges, baking, thickening sauces or replacing breadcrumbs. Great for vegan burger patties. Good news for everybody wanting to cut down sugar and fat: by using broad bean flour for baking, you can reduce the amount of sugar and fat needed by 50% - or even leave fat out altogether.
